I have been a businessman in Alaska for over thirty years. I have been an Avionics technician, various management positions including safety, training, environmental affairs, quality control, quality assurance, project management, construction, operations, and HVAC to mention a few. I have been an ASE certified mechanic and owned my own Auto and truck repair shop along with a solar and wind energy business and various other entrepreneurial enterprises. 
I enjoy running this RV travel business with my family and just recently it has become a full time seasonal adventure.  I oversee most all of the operations and maintenance and see to it that our expanding team of professionals keeps these RV’s clean, well maintained and in tip-top operating condition by performing excellent periodic preventive maintenance. My goal is to prevent any problems from occurring so you have a pleasant travel experience. My wife is a professional Suzuki piano teacher during the winter months but reduces her hours during the summer. We started this business with an older class A motorhome over fifteen years ago. We operated the motorhome rental business as a Mom and Pop operation and employed our kids to clean up between rentals, perform minor maintenance, return phone calls, send out emails, and etc. We have expanded out of our home into a large storage lot and our kids still pitch in when they can. We continue to do some work out of our home in South Anchorage and arrange to pick you up and drop you off at the airport or hotel. We can also meet you at our storage lot at 5737 Old Seward highway by appointment. We have been doing this a long time and try to anticipate your needs. We equip the motorhomes with cooking and eating utensils, offer optional full bedding packages and can even clean & dump for you if you choose that option.
 
For your convenience, AFM takes VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Diners club and more  via phone or our website.  We can take cash, or possibly checks with pre-approval. We require a 50% rental payment to guarantee your booking.  Reserve your dates early as the Alaska summer is short and the prime rental dates fill up fast.
